My eye was sore and red so I called the office. My regular doctor was not in but the person who answered the phone asked a few questions, said she would share the information with the doctor who was in the office and someone would call back in an hour or two. Less than an hour later someone called and set up an appointment for me to be seen that same day. When I arrived, I was taken back almost immediately, seen, treated and out of the office in 1/2 hour. Very efficient.
